For the best hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) experience, please remember:

• Wear comfortable, loose-fitting cotton or cotton type clothing.
• Bring a clean pair of socks to wear in the chamber. (We do have socks available for purchase for $2)
• Avoid smoking 2 hours before and after appointment.
• Avoid strong scented perfumes, lotions, or skin oils. This helps to keep scents out of the chamber and is considerate for other clients.
• You may choose to purchase a cannula ($5) or a non-rebreather mask ($10) for additional oxygen at your appointment, if you haven’t already.
